Allegra /Telfast (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 60 mg ,120 mg ,180 mg) is used to relieve hay fever and allergy symptoms, including

is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by
blocking histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic
symptoms. Allegra may cause less drowsiness than other antihistamines.
Allegra comes as a capsule to take by mouth. It usually is taken once or twice a day with food or milk.
